Love Birds

I love that birds are "in style" right now, especially in terms of weddings. The whole love bird concept is so perfect and cute. I did a quick design of a lovebird invitation, just for fun. If you like this invitation or would like a similar design just convo me on etsy or email me at eyeletsagestudio[!@]gmail.com.

Lee and Hamilton Invitations

I love this invitation (not a style I'd chose for my own wedding, but it's still gorgeous). I found these pictures over at PDX Bride, who found them at Lee & Hamilton Wedding. All of the photos are from the Lee and Hamilton Blog. I just love the handmade feel that these invitations have to them. It's just given me some ideas for some designs of my own for a future wedding ;). The script itself makes it traditional and untraditional at the same time, which I think is one of my favorite things about these invitations. It's unique. I really like the RSVP cards...it simplifies the design of the invitation a lot, but definitely captures the essence of the design itself.

Satsuma Press Wedding Line

I just ran across some really amazing wedding cards from Satsuma Press. You should head over to their site and check them out. They're gorgeous letter pressed invitations. Another one of those sites that I run across and really want to design like them.

Eucalyptus Wedding Invitations

I've always liked the dusty color of Eucalyptus, especially when it's paired with the dusty color of lavender. Someday I want to try making a bouquet with eucalyptus, lavender, and off white colored flowers. If you like this design or would like a variation of this design, just convo me on etsy or email me at eyeltsagestudio[!@]gmail.com

Pistachio Press

So I think I've fallen in love with this press. Since I've been researching more about stationery recently, I've come to appreciate and adore the art of letterpress printing. I really want to learn for myself, but as I cannot invest in a press myself nor have the resources at the moment to take classes, I just have to swoon over the work of others :).

Pistachio Press is run by Rachael Hetzel in Rochester, NY. I absolutely love the designs and the craftsmanship. A little inspiration for today. Check out Pistachio Press. It's amazing.

And happy EASTER! He is Risen! :)

Card Spotlight: Hello Lucky's New Letterpress Designs

I love the new line of letterpress wedding invitations from Hello Lucky. There's something so luxurious about letterpress, and these are such wonderful designs. They have a whole range of designs from some that are completely modern to some that are more classic. Check them out! :)

Anemone Wedding Invitations

Anemones are such awesome flowers, I've recently fallen in love with the white ones with navy blue centers, especially for bridal bouquets. So, I thought it would be fun to make some invitations that would match the flowers. Kind of fun :)

Wedding Thank You Cards

These thank you cards remind me of Little People - does anyone else remember those toys? I used to have a whole town for them. Anyways, they were the inspiration for this bride and groom who are just serious enough to be cute, if I do say so myself. You can find these at my shop. They're good for custom orders too - you can change them to the bride and grooms name or have the bride and groom slightly altered. :)
