Fresh Flowie Fabrics

I just love this fabric by flowie. It reminds me of the tomatilla cages I found in my backyard a few weeks ago. Check out the rest of the items at flowie - the fabrics are amazing, fresh and fun.

Tomatilla Cages

These pictures aren't design, per se, at least not a design I have the ability to create. These little delicate shells were strewn all over the backyard today. It took me awhile to figure out that these cage-like orbs were the remnants of tomatillas that were left over from last year's crop. I wanted to gather them all up and figure out something creative to make with them, but since they were a bit too delicate (and kept blowing away from me in the breeze), I decided to just take pictures :)
